I came back from the UK with a specific kind of discipline — one you only get from running engineering change on a factory floor. What I brought back mattered more than the job title.
Three things that shaped the work
Growth through systems
The path from Islamabad to NUST, to Hertfordshire, to Stellantis and JLR, and back home was not a career plan. It was years of learning under pressure — then choosing to apply it differently.
Philosophy over product
Lean Six Sigma is a certification, but for me it became a way of seeing. Every problem has a root cause. Every system can be improved. That lens applies to businesses, relationships, and how you move through the world.
Building for the next generation
Through teaching and mentorship — in UK classrooms and beyond — I have seen how much potential gets lost without the right frameworks. Part of what I build is for that next generation.

A book in progress. People often don't suffer because their problems are too large — they suffer because the perspective they use to measure those problems is too small.
Most people are not short on intelligence or effort. They are short on the right frameworks — ways of seeing that make complex things navigable and hard decisions clearer.
This book is written for people who want to handle life more effectively, not just understand it more abstractly. It draws on psychology, genetics, philosophy, social structures, and lived experience — not to impress, but to be genuinely useful.
It is also, honestly, the book I needed when I was younger.

Every venture I run is meant to create real value — not just revenue. Automation that saves someone's time. Software that organises someone's business. A brand that helps someone compete. I am not here to extract. I am here to add.
The next generation as a priority
I taught in UK classrooms. I have seen what a single reframe can do for a young person. Some of what I build — and especially the writing — is for them, not the market.
